How long until my items go live?
Your items are typically featured in one of my live sales within the first week after I receive your shipment. I’ll keep you updated throughout the process so you always know where your items are in the selling cycle.
When do I get paid?
Payouts are sent every Sunday via Venmo, PayPal, or Zelle, along with a detailed breakdown of your sales.
Can I get my unsold items back?
Absolutely! You may request that any unsold items be returned to you at any time. Before returning them, I’ll usually ask if you’d like to participate in one of my Super Sale events, which often helps sell the remaining pieces and maximize your payout.
Do I need the original packaging?
No. Original packaging is not required, but all jewelry must be new and unworn. If you still have the original packaging, I encourage you to include it, as it can help your items stand out during live sales.

Who pays for shipping?
Consignors are responsible for shipping their jewelry to Tina’s Sparkle Haus. If you request the return of unsold items, return shipping is the consignor’s responsibility as well.
Why should I consign with Tina’s Sparkle Haus instead of selling it myself?
Because I do all the work for you! There’s no photographing, listing items online, answering buyer questions, negotiating prices, packaging orders, or shipping individual sales. Simply send your jewelry to me, and I’ll take care of the rest while you sit back and collect your payouts.
